Make your inquiry by putting the appropriate number in only ONE of the TWO possible boxes below.

Check the Status of My Troupe

*If the Status field reads "AFF" your affiliation is current and up-to-date.  

IF the Status field reads "NON" or you are not able to pull up your troupe number, you are NOT CURRENTLY AFFILIATED. 

IF your Status field says "HOLD" you need to contact the director immediately by clicking here.
