HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM NOW AVAILABLE

The listing of member hotels has been revised and expanded as of October 1, 2007!

STEP ONE

Open the list of member hotels currently covered by our group plan. CLICK HERE.

STEP TWO

If the hotel you wish to stay at is NOT on this list, simply contact your hotel and make reservations just as you have always done. You need to do NOTHING different.

If the hotel you wish to stay at IS on the list, we ask that you read the sample application CLICK HERE and then complete a two page form CLICK HERE. Once you have completed and printed the form, you will fax it to the number at the end of the form and a confirmation will be sent to you within two weeks.

If you have any questions about this process with these member hotels you may call e-mail them ANYTIME at HelpDesk@EventHousingGroup.com . Telephone help will be available beginning January 30, 2008 at 800-201-3867.

If you have any complaints about the process, problems with their customer service response, or hear ANY negative information about this service from individual hotels, please contact me directly at director@flthespian.com and I will make sure to follow up and get back with you. It does no good to complain without the specifics of hotel names, hotel spokespersons, dates and times. This does present a bit of a learning curve for everyone in the long run, but it promises good things in the future!
