WORKSHOP LEADERS, JUDGES, VENDORS AND COLLEGE REPS NEEDED FOR FESTIVAL 2012
On November 9, 2011, mailings went out to all workshop leaders, judges, vendors and college reps asking for their participation in Festival 2012. This letter will direct them to this web site where you will find a complete set of forms and instructions. The postmark/e-mail deadline to receive all information back is December 14, 2011.

General Welcome Letter (Click Here)
Adjudicator/Workshop Registration Form To return this form the "E-mail" button on the bottom of the last page may or may not work. If you have trouble, save the document to your desktop, then attach it to a regular e-mail. If that doesn't work, either print it and send it back via the post office or FAX it back.
Program Advertising. This form must be printed, completed and returned with your camera ready copy of your ad.
Vendor Welcome Letter
Vendor Registration Form. This form must be completed, printed, and returned with your check.
College Representative Welcome Letter
College Representative Registration Form. This form should be completed, printed, and sent by postal mail.
College Information Sheet to be used in the 2012 program. You may save this form to your desktop, complete it, then attach it to an e-mail and return it.
