Thank you for your interest in opening a house charge account with Drama Book Shop. Enclosed please find a credit application. Please answer all questions as completely as possible. A credit check will be done upon receipt of this application.

The Drama Book Shop has a no refund, no exchange, no return policy. Account balances are due 30 days from receipt of invoices. Drama Book Shop reserves the right to charge a fee on seriously overdue balances.
